So what's the big idea?
We want to build a Mjau Home community. We've loved getting to know you and your kitties, and want to build on this family of cat pawrents who share our passion for pets and design. The Mjau PURRKS program is a way to reward our most loyal customers.
By creating a membership program with a small up-front cost, we hope members will feel invested in the product, pay close attention to our new releases and members-only announcements, and keep buying amazing products for their cats.
How do I become a member?
It's easy! Just click on the buy membership button on this page, let us know a little bit of information about your cat(s) and enter the email address you want to associate with your account. If you don't already have a Shopify account, you should create one using that same email address.
I just signed up, now what?
Welcome to the club! Make sure you log in (or create an account) by clicking on the people profile icon at the top right hand corner of the site. You'll then be able to access member pricing and products.
Can I use other discounts?
Yes! When you log into mjauhome.com, you'll see new, member-only discounted prices. If you see a promo code in an email, an ad, or newsletter, you can apply that code at checkout to receive an even deeper discount.
Can I stop or pause my membership?
Most definitely. If you need to take a break or cancel your membership altogether, you can do so from your Account Profile page. If you have any questions about canceling, refunds, or the membership in general, please email us at purrks@mjauhome.com.
What types of products can I test?
When we develop new accessories such as scratchers, cushions and cushion covers, and Mjau Haus product add ons, we'll email you to see if you're interested in receiving a free sample in return for product feedback and photos of the items in use.
What is a Birthday Box?
If you let us know your cat's birthday, we'll send them a premium goodie box full of our favorite toys and treats every year. If you have more than one cat, you'll have to make the hard choice of whose birthday to input, but we'll include a few extras so everyone can share :-)
Can I apply member discounts to past purchases?
No, new member-only pricing can only be accessed after you've become a member and can not be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
How does pre-order priority work?
Sometimes when we are about to launch a new product, we make it available for pre-order so customers can receive it as soon as it becomes available. We will pre-announce those launches to Purrks members first via email, and when you log into the site you'll see those products available for purchase before non-members do. That way you'll be guaranteed first look access.
